The challenge
Duo Import primarily engages customers through Instagram and wanted a more organized way to present available products. A traditional checkout-driven e-commerce store was not the right fit: customers needed to explore the catalog and contact the business directly about what interested them.
Our solution
We created a visually appealing online catalog where visitors can browse products and move directly into a WhatsApp conversation about a selected item. The experience complements the company's existing social media sales process without adding an unnecessary online checkout.
