Website Maintenance & Ongoing Support
Keep your website secure, current, and ready for what's next.
Launching a website is not the end of the project. Businesses evolve. Services change. Technology advances. Search engines change. Customer expectations move.
Without ongoing attention, even a well-built website gradually becomes outdated, inconsistent, less secure, or less effective. We help businesses maintain and evolve their websites so they keep supporting the business — not just on launch day, but for years afterward.
Whether your website needs a small update or a major recovery, you'll always know who to call.

Beyond Technical Maintenance
Maintenance is about protecting your digital investment.
Many businesses think of maintenance as updating plugins and fixing occasional bugs. Those tasks matter, but they're a small part of keeping a website successful.
A modern website needs continuous attention across technology, content, usability, performance, security, search visibility, and business communication.
Our goal is to keep your website accurate, secure, relevant, and aligned with the way your business keeps evolving.
How We Can Help
Whether it's a quick fix or ongoing support, we're here when you need us.
Not every request begins with a long-term maintenance plan. Sometimes a website suddenly stops working. An email account stops receiving messages. A form no longer submits. A plugin update breaks the layout. A domain expires.
Find your situation below. Whatever it is, we help identify the problem, restore normal operation, and recommend the right long-term solution.
If your website or email is down right now, call Phone number rather than filling out a form.
01Website is down
If your website is unavailable, showing errors, or suddenly inaccessible, we investigate the cause and help restore service as quickly as possible.
- Website Unavailable
- Internal Server Errors
- White Screen of Death
- Website Not Loading
- Hosting Failures
- Broken Deployments
- SSL Certificate Issues
- Server Configuration Problems
02Email isn't working
Business email problems interrupt daily operations fast, and the cause is usually in DNS rather than in the mailbox.
- Microsoft 365
- Google Workspace
- IMAP / POP
- SMTP
- DNS Records
- MX Records
- SPF
- DKIM
- DMARC
- Email Migrations
- Email Deliverability
- Mailbox Configuration
03Contact forms stopped working
Broken forms usually go unnoticed until a customer mentions they never received a reply — which means the leads lost before that point are invisible.
- Contact Forms
- Quote Requests
- Booking Forms
- File Upload Forms
- Multi-Step Forms
- CRM Integrations
- Spam Protection
- Email Notifications
04DNS & domain problems
Incorrect DNS settings can take down websites, email, SSL certificates, and connected services at the same time — often after a change nobody remembers making.
- Website Not Resolving
- Email Interruptions
- Domain Transfers
- DNS Propagation
- DNS Record Configuration
- SSL Certificate Issues
- Cloudflare Configuration
- Name Server Changes
- Subdomains
- Domain Management

- Email Migrations
- SSL Migration

13Ongoing website management
Sometimes the best solution isn't waiting until something breaks.
Instead of reacting to problems, we provide ongoing support that keeps the website secure, current, optimized, and aligned with the business as it evolves — technical maintenance, content updates, performance work, security monitoring, new functionality, and continuous optimization over time.
A website isn't a one-time project. It's a lifecycle.
Ongoing Support
What continuous maintenance actually covers.
We think beyond routine updates. Maintenance covers the complete lifecycle of a website — from launch and growth to optimization, modernization, and long-term support.
The work nobody notices when it's done and everybody notices when it isn't.
- CMS Updates
- Plugin Updates
- Framework Updates
- Dependency Management
- Security Patches
- Bug Fixes
- Compatibility Updates
- Error Monitoring
- Routine Health Checks
Businesses change constantly. Outdated information on a live site costs trust before anyone gets in touch to correct it.
- New Services
- Team Members
- Office Locations
- Pricing Updates
- Business Hours
- New Pages
- New Products
- Blog Updates
- Seasonal Content
- Image Updates
Performance degrades gradually as content, plugins, and integrations accumulate. Periodic audits catch it before visitors do.
- Performance Audits
- Image Optimization
- Caching
- Database Cleanup
- Core Web Vitals Improvements
- Mobile Performance
- Page Load Optimization
Most sites aren't targeted personally — they're found by automated scans looking for known, unpatched weaknesses. Staying current is most of the defense.
- Security Monitoring
- Malware Cleanup
- Security Hardening
- SSL Management
- Backup Verification
- Access Management
- User Permissions
- Recovery Planning
An ongoing relationship means we already know your platform, your hosting, and your history — so troubleshooting doesn't start from zero.
- Website Errors
- Broken Pages
- Contact Form Issues
- Email Problems
- Hosting Issues
- DNS Problems
- Third-Party Integrations
- Emergency Troubleshooting
Small, continuous improvements compound. They also prevent the situation where a full redesign becomes the only option left.
- New Landing Pages
- New Sections
- Additional Functionality
- Navigation Improvements
- UX Improvements
- Accessibility Improvements
- Conversion Improvements
- New Integrations
As the business changes, the website can expand to support new services, new audiences, and capabilities it wasn't originally built for.
- New Business Sections
- Service Expansions
- Landing Pages
- Customer Portals
- AI Features
- Automation
- Integrations
- New Languages
Most maintenance arrangements combine three or four of these.

Built Around Your Situation
When website maintenance makes sense.
Maintenance is not equally urgent for every business. These are the situations where it consistently pays for itself.
Your website is already live
A live website should keep evolving alongside the business rather than freezing on launch day.
Your business changes regularly
Services, products, locations, employees, and information require continuous updates.
You don't have an internal web team
We become an extension of your business whenever website support is needed.
You need reliable technical support
Instead of hunting for a developer every time something breaks, keep a relationship with a team that already knows your setup.
You're investing in marketing
Advertising and SEO perform better when the website underneath them stays current and optimized.
Your website has become outdated
Maintenance is often the first step before a larger modernization project — and sometimes it's enough on its own.

Our Approach
Every website has a history. We start there.
Before recommending updates, improvements, or ongoing support, we evaluate how the website is performing today.
From there we help prioritize improvements based on business impact rather than simply applying routine updates. Some websites need only periodic maintenance. Others require continuous improvement as the business evolves.
We review:
This review is worth doing even if you don't continue with us. You'll know what state the website is in and who currently controls each piece of it.
- Platform
- Hosting
- Security
- Performance
- Content
- Functionality
- Integrations
- Search Visibility
- Existing Technical Issues
Our objective is to provide the level of support that makes sense for your organization — not the largest one.
Let's discuss your websiteMaintenance FAQ
Questions about ongoing website support.
If something is not covered here, it is usually because the answer depends on the platform and its history. Ask us directly and we will give you a straight answer.
01Can you maintain a website you didn't build?
Yes. Most of the websites we maintain were built by someone else.
We begin with a review of the platform, hosting, security, and existing issues so we understand what we're taking responsibility for before we start changing things.
02Do you work with WordPress?
Yes. Core and plugin updates, theme maintenance, PHP compatibility, plugin conflicts, database cleanup, malware removal, security hardening, backups, and performance work.
03Can you maintain Shopify websites?
Yes. Product and collection updates, navigation, theme changes, app configuration, landing pages, checkout refinements, and ongoing store maintenance.
04Can you update website content?
Yes. New services, team changes, locations, pricing, hours, products, images, blog posts, and seasonal content.
This can be handled as individual requests or as part of an ongoing arrangement, which usually works out better if the changes are frequent.
05Can you add new pages?
Yes. New pages, sections, and landing pages can be added within the existing design system so the site stays consistent as it grows.
06Can you improve performance?
Yes. We start with an audit to identify the actual bottleneck, then address images, caching, code, database, hosting configuration, and Core Web Vitals.
How far performance can improve depends partly on the platform and hosting, and we'll tell you where the ceiling is rather than promising a score.
07Can you fix technical problems?
Yes. Site errors, broken pages, form failures, email issues, hosting problems, DNS misconfiguration, SSL certificates, and integration breakages.
08Can you monitor security?
Yes. Monitoring, security patches, hardening, SSL management, access and permission control, and verified backups.
We verify that backups actually restore. An untested backup is not a backup, and that's usually discovered at the worst possible moment.
09Can you help if my developer disappeared?
Yes, and this is a common situation. The first priority is usually establishing what you actually own and control — domain registrar, DNS, hosting, CMS admin, email, and any third-party accounts.
Once access is recovered or rebuilt, we can take over maintenance normally. Even if you don't work with us afterward, getting your own credentials back in your name is worth doing.
10Do you provide emergency support?
Yes. Site outages, email failures, and security incidents are handled with priority.
Response is fastest for businesses already on an ongoing arrangement, since we already have access and know the setup. For everyone else, call rather than email — a form submission is the wrong channel for an outage.
